Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Application Software Engineer for Payload Integration to join our team in Greece. The Application Software Engineer for Payload Integration will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications for the integration of payloads into unmanned aircraft systems (UAS). The ideal candidate will have experience in software engineering, knowledge of UAS systems, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications for the integration of payloads into UAS systems
• Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, product management, and operations, to develop and execute software integration plans
• Conduct software testing and validation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and product specifications
• Develop and deliver technical training and support materials for customers and internal teams on the use and maintenance of software applications for payload integration
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to software development and UAS systems
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for all software applications developed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, with experience in software development for UAS systems preferred
• Strong programming skills, with proficiency in Python, C++, and other programming languages
• Experience with software development tools, such as Git, JIRA, and Jenkins
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical expertise to customers
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with the flexibility and adaptability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
• In-depth knowledge of UAS systems and related technologies
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
