Sales Engineer I / II / III

Location: Greece & North America

Reports To: Director of Sales

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team in Greece & North America. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales revenue and growth through technical sales support, product demonstrations, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong technical aptitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of success in technical sales roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Director of Sales to develop and implement sales strategies and plans that support the company’s overall strategic goals and objectives
  • Provide technical sales support to customers and sales teams, including product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution design
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive sales revenue and growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and product management, to provide customer feedback and input for product development
  • Develop and deliver technical training and support materials for customers and sales teams
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform business decisions
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reporting for assigned territories or accounts

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
  • 2+ years of experience in technical sales roles, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to quickly learn and understand complex technical concepts and products
  • Ardupilot SME
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with the flexibility and adaptability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • In-depth knowledge of sales processes, techniques, and methodologies
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • RC Planes, RC Helicopters, Hobby Aircraft experience
